Terms of Service

The agreement governing your use of AURA Agents.

1. Agreement

These Terms govern access to auraagents.agency and the AURA Agents platform. By using the service you agree to them.

2. The service

We provide AI receptionist, chatbot, voice-agent, lead-automation, and related tools. Features depend on the plan/services you select; we may update the service over time.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for your account, credentials, and team members' use.
Provide accurate information and keep it current.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You're responsible for the data you upload and for outreach you run through the platform complying with applicable law (incl. consent, marketing, and calling rules).

5. Fees & payment

Fees are per your plan/quote; invoices are payable as stated.
Payments are handled by Stripe/Razorpay.
Late or failed payment may pause the service.
Taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

6. Client data & IP

You retain ownership of your business data and content. You grant us a license to process it to provide the service. We own the platform, software, and our IP.

7. AI output

AI responses can be imperfect or inaccurate. You're responsible for reviewing AI output and for decisions made using it. We disclose AI use (see AI Disclosure).

8. Third-party services

The service integrates third parties (LLMs, payments, voice, ads). Their terms apply to their parts; we're not liable for third-party failures.

9. Warranties & liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited as set out in your order/this agreement. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate per the order terms or for material breach. On termination we'll make your data available for export for a limited window, then delete it.

11. Governing law

Governing law and venue are as stated in your order; otherwise the laws applicable at our principal place of business. (Confirm with counsel.)
