Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited uses

• Unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activity.
• Sending spam or messages/calls without a lawful basis or required consent.
• Ignoring opt-outs, do-not-call/DND registries, or calling-hours rules.
• Scraping or acquiring data in violation of a source's terms or privacy law.
• Uploading malware, infringing content, or others' personal data without authority.
• Impersonation, or hiding that a message/call is from an AI where disclosure is required.
• Attempting to breach security, exceed rate limits, or disrupt the service.
• Using the service for prohibited industries or content (e.g. illegal goods).

Outbound communications

You are responsible for ensuring email, WhatsApp, SMS, and calls run through the platform comply with applicable marketing, consent, and telecom laws in each market. Cold outreach must meet the relevant lawful basis and disclosure requirements.

Enforcement
