AI-powered interactions
Our chat and voice agents are powered by AI. Where required, agents disclose that the user is interacting with an AI assistant acting on behalf of a business.
Calls & recording
Voice calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality, qualification, and record-keeping, with disclosure and consent as required by local law. Callers may request a human or to end the call.
Accuracy & limits
AI can make mistakes. Agents are instructed to answer only from provided business knowledge and to avoid inventing prices, availability, or commitments; uncertain queries are escalated to a human.
Human oversight
High-impact actions (e.g. payments, contracts) require human approval. Businesses configure guardrails, and a human can take over any conversation.
